Raising your vibration - ways - don't

Raising your vibration - ways - do

  • Be less intensely focused on the problem or the question, and feel more anticipation of the solution and the answer.
  • Ask the Universe with an expectation of an answer "Where is my greatest joy? What makes me happy? What can I do today that will bring me the greatest amount of joy? "
  • Give asking questions a rest. Forget about the question. Turn the question over to the Universe.
  • Quiet your mind.
  • Be in alignment, without the conditions to be just right for you.
  • Consume your now with the thought that feels best, wherever you stand, whether you are looking in the past, present or future.
  • Do your best to forget about what has been.
  • Calibrate to what's in the ethers.
  • Feel appreciation for those who provide examples of well-being. How would you know that prosperity was possible if there wasn't some evidence of prosperity around you?
  • Just let go of the resistance.
  • Find something to focus onthat's boring, like listen to the sound of the air conditioner. Your mind will wander, focus on it again.
  • Spend more time focused upon your dream than upon the reality. The reality gives birth to the dream... but the dream is where you are wanting to put your attention.
  • If you want something that you doubt, meditation is a better tool for you than visualization, because in the absence of thought your vibration will raise.

    • Meditate to clear your mind. It’s a fresh start, it’s a reset.
    • Meditation is putting yourself in the place of allowing what you’ve asked for to be realized by you. Because if you’re not offering contradictory thought, your vibration will raise, then thoughts will come and impulses will come.
    • Meditate to find a feeling of pleasure. Meditate for the purpose of the blending of Who-You-Really-Are and the pleasure of that. Meditate to find a feeling of pleasure. Meditate for the serenity. For the peacefulness. For the love. Meditate for the love. Meditate to clear your mind. It’s a fresh start, it’s a reset.
    • There is a tendency to say “I am going to meditate to get rid of my anxiety”. But now you’re meditating for the anxiety. “I am going to meditate so my heart isn’t broken anymore”. But now you’re meditating your heart is broken.
    • When you’re in a meditative state and you’ve managed to quiet your mind, you’re feeling the detachment from the physical. So there is no resistance at all. There is no negative pulling at you. There is just that being Who-You-Are. This is your natural acclimation to Who-You-Really-Are. Stay in that place without judging it as inappropriate. You may have the impression that when you get tuned in, tapped in, turned on, it should feel really whippy, skippy, it should feel really wonderful. Don’t condemn the numbness or the lack of enthusiasm. Instead, just rest in it. Acknowledge “I am in a place of non-resistance”. Focus on a sound that you’ve isolated. Non-resistance means that the vibration will increase. The momentum of the vibration will increase. Don’t be critical of not feeling anything. Don’t meditate for the purpose of receiving something. Meditate for the purpose of the blending of Who-You-Really-Are and the pleasure of that. Let that be your intention. When that’s your intention, you’ll find that easily. And when you find that easily, then the momentum will increase. And then the ideas will begin to flow. And with ideas that flow, in the absence of resistance, will come an enthusiasm. You’ll feel like your getting on with your life. You’ll feel like getting out into the day. You might have something specific that you’ve received, someone you really want to call, or something you really want to look up or some place you really want to be or something you really want to do. But you have to let that momentum increase. Meditate to find a feeling of pleasure. Meditate for the serenity. For the peacefulness. For the love. Meditate for the love.
    • If you want something that you doubt, meditation is a better tool for you than visualization, because in the absence of thought your vibration will raise.

Meditate to clear your mind. It’s a fresh start, it’s a reset.

    Take a break.

Look at the best of things.

You don't have to wait for anyone else to come into alignment.

Do your best to feel as good as you can as much as you can and especially right before you go to sleep.

The true work is in meditating. The true work is in putting your feet in the bay. Your true work is in getting outside and finding yourself happy with nature. Your true work is anything and everything that you can do to bring yourself into alignment with who you really are.

Your work your true work is to find emotional resonance with your inner Being not to cure cancer  and not to uh resolve the allergy issues.

Your goal is to be as comfortable as possible.

    Relief is your goal

Your goal is to find relief in some downstream thoughts

Your goal is to just stop paddling upstream

Your goal is to find relief, and get your boat flowing in the direction of who you really are

Your goal is, first and foremost, to find a better feeling place

Your only goal is to try to approach this subject in a way that makes you feel better than you felt.

Your work is simply to find some relief for yourself in your own thoughts. Even the slightest feeling of relief is an indication that you‘ve released some resistance.
