Lowering your vibration

Lowering your vibration = activating a lower and slower vibration = getting worse-feeling byproducts (in all areas of your life experience).

Lowering your vibration =  moving away from your desires = going in the wrong direction.

Lowering your vibration - the indicators

Measurable indicators matching your lowered vibration:

  1. A decline in the way you feel.
  2. Feeling worse.
  3. A decline in your mood.
  4. A decline in your emotions.
  5. Feeling emotions that indicate your decreased alignment with your own Source.
  6. You feel less free.
  7. A decline in the way your body feels
  8. You feel heavier.
  9. A decline in your attitude

Your innner world is the very first thing that responds to your (changed, lowered) vibration. Matching measurable physical results will follow later. 

 

Lowering your vibration - ways

  • Continue to ask the question. Practicing the vibration of the question, which is different than the vibration of the solution.  
  • Giving your attention to something that you don't want to expience, just because it is true.  
  • Doing the sifting and sorting (Law of Attraction will do the sifting and sorting and present it right to your door. Trying or efforting is usually counter-productive, because you get the momentum of 'not quite right' going.). 
  • You wait for others to come into alignment. 

    Thinking about your undependable current car

    Questioning why it is not coming to me

    Observing what-is.

    Trying to figure out how it got started.

    Taking action while feeling negative emotion...

    focus upon the disease and perpetuate more disease.

    Resist your pain

    When in physical discomfort or pain, thinking there’s something wrong (instead of saying“it is an indicator of physical pain, that is helping me and I can just relax into it)

    Being angry because people have been taking advantage of you, lying to you, dishonoring you, and even defacing your property
